On Saturday, June 29th 2024, at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort****, we celebrated the Seychelles National Day with an unforgettable day marked by cultural discoveries, environmental commitments and an exemplary solidarity.
Afternoon workshops: between exploration and awareness.
The afternoon was dedicated to exploring the treasures of Seychelles through to fun and cultural workshops.
Participants of all ages were able to learn and unleash their creativity thanks to the various activities offered by our partners. Exhibitions, culinary tastings, discovery workshops and many other activities helped to weave and strengthen bonds, living unique experiences.
Charity evening: between solidarity and generosity.
The day ended with an exceptional charity gala dinner. A cocktail reception followed by a dinner highlighted the charitable aspect of our event.
Thanks to the generosity of participants, the auction and raffle raised an impressive sum of 91,952 EUR. These funds will be donated to the “Eco School – Trip of a Lifetime”, “Oceano Pour Tous” and “Re.Generation Future Leaders Program” projects, respectively supported by the Seychelles Islands Foundation (SIF), the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the participants, speakers, partners and sponsors, who contributed to the success of this event.
Events that bring together participants from diverse backgrounds and allow for enriching exchanges are precious occasions that deserve to be celebrated and appreciated.
The Honorary Consul General of Seychelles in Monaco will continue to support these initiatives with an unwavering commitment!
