Mr. Jean-François NOARO has been authorised to exercise the functions of Honorary Consul
by Sovereign Ordinance No. 6.070 of September 20, 2016.

Role and missions
The Honorary Consul represents the Seychelles on a voluntary basis and his general mission is to support the diplomatic, cultural and economic activities of the Seychelles in the Principality. He also provides assistance to Seychellois living in or visiting Monaco, and to people seeking information to prepare their trip to Seychelles.
Mr. Jean-François NOARO has been a member of the Association of Honorary Consuls of Monaco (A.C.H.M.) since 2016.
Association of Honorary Consuls of Monaco (ACHM)
Created in 2003, the Association of Honorary Consuls of Monaco aims to unite the Honorary Consular Corps working in the Principality. It also offers support to foreign nationals by facilitating their integration into Monegasque society and their community of origin.

Embassy of Seychelles
in Brussels
The Consulate of Seychelles in Monaco is placed under the jurisdiction of the Seychelles Embassy in Brussels. Mr. Kenneth Racombo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Seychelles to the Kingdom of Belgium presented his letters of credence to His Majesty King Philippe of the Belgians on November 7, 2023.
